1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of Flairo, operated by Codebase OÜ (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in Tallinn, Estonia.

By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Description

Flairo provides AI-generated social media content localized for European markets.

Depending on your selected plan, the Service may include up to 12 posts per month, multi-language localization, and related creative materials.

3. Accounts and Access

If you create or provide data through our Service (e.g., via brief forms or integrations), you are responsible for ensuring that all provided information is accurate and lawful.

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain Service features may be subject to fees or subscriptions.

Payment terms, renewal conditions, and cancellation policies will be communicated prior to purchase.

All prices are shown without VAT unless otherwise stated.

You may cancel at any time, but fees already paid are non-refundable unless required by law.

5. Content Delivery

Delivery of AI-generated content typically occurs within 24–48 hours after payment and submission of a valid brief.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on input quality, number of languages, or technical conditions.

Delays caused by incomplete or unclear briefs do not entitle the client to a refund.

6. Refund Policy

Since the Service involves creation of custom digital content, payments are non-refundable once the generation process has started.

Refunds may only be granted if no content has been delivered and cancellation is requested within 24 hours of payment.

If Flairo fails to deliver content within a reasonable time without valid cause, the client may request a proportional refund.

7. Intellectual Property

The AI-generated content produced for you belongs to you for commercial use once full payment has been received.

The Service, its algorithms, design, and brand (Flairo) remain the exclusive property of Codebase OÜ.

8. Data and Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, available at flairo.eu/privacy.

By using our Service, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

9. Limitations of Liability

The Service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis.

We do not guarantee specific results, performance, or engagement metrics.

Codebase OÜ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or third-party restrictions.

10. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, unlawful use, or technical necessity.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia, unless otherwise required by applicable EU law.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically.
